KAIZEN Know-How!!!

KAIZEN (Continous Improvement)
It’s a technique for quality improvement.Kaizen originates from the Japanese word “KAI” meaning change & “ZEN” meaning for the better.

Kaizen is the Japanese word which stands for “Continous improvement” & is an easy road to TQM(Total Quality Management)

Principles of KAIZEN
Five important principles are:-
Kaizen :
Requires resourcefulness (Personal discipline)
Requires teaching people to be resourceful(Improved Morale)
Requires transfer of know-how(Suggestion of Improvements)
Sometimes means eliminating something(waste and non-value adding activities)(Quality Circles)
Teamwork(Working Together).
